How long is a visit?

• For Chiropractic & Acupuncture
  Expect the first visit to be approximately one hour. Follow-up visits can last anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes on average. 

• For Massage Therapy:
  Massage therapy sessions are offered in 15, 30, 60 & 90 minute increments. 

How do I pay?

• Blue Cross Blue Shield Participant
  If you have a co-pay, you are responsible for the co-payment at the time of service. 
  For co-insurance, you will be billed after we receive the E.O.B. (explanation of benefit) from Blue Cross Blue Shield (approximately 4-6 weeks after your visit.) 

• FSA-HSA Accounts
  You are responsible for payment at the time of service with your card. A receipt and all documentation for your records will be made available to you for all services at Total Wellness except the Bellanina Facelift Massage. 

• Self-Pay
  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash payments are accepted. Massage therapy performed by the certified massage therapists are paid at the time of service. 

Is acupuncture covered by insurance?
Some policies cover acupuncture. BCBS will be verified by our office. 

Are orthotics covered by insurance?
No. Total Wellness offers a free 3D scan to evaluate your feet. If custom orthotics are prescribed, payment is due at the time the order is placed. However, custom orthotics are covered by FSA and Health Savings Plans.

How long does it take to receive custom orthotics?
Your custom orthotics will usually arrive in 5 - 10 business days.

What insurance do you accept?
Dr. Beith is a Blue Cross Blue Shield provider. For other health insurance companies you will need to meet your out-of-network deductible. Our office manager can assist by submitting your bills to your insurance company (except for United Healthcare.)
